To cook with Shemin’s Seafood Indian Curry Paste, gently fry an onion (optional) until soft. Add one pot of paste and briefly cook to release the aromatic flavours. Stir in a tin of chopped tomatoes, then add up to 1kg of seafood such as prawns, white fish, or salmon, and simmer gently until cooked through.

Top Tip: Add a splash of water when cooking the seafood paste to help release the spices and create a smoother sauce.
