To cook with Shemin’s Massaman Curry Paste, gently heat one pot of paste in a pan. Stir in a 400ml tin of coconut milk and bring to a gentle simmer. Add up to 1kg of ingredients such as chicken, beef, tofu or vegetables, and cook until tender and full of flavour.
