To cook with Shemin’s Thai Green Curry Paste, add one pot of paste to a pan and gently fry for a few minutes. Stir in a 400ml tin of coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Add up to 1kg of ingredients such as chicken, prawns, tofu or vegetables, then cook until tender and full of flavour.
