- Fry one large onion until golden brown.
- Stir in 100g Shemin’s Indian Curry Paste and then 400g chopped tomatoes. Cook gently for at least five minutes, adding a little water if the sauce gets too dry.
- Add 900g of your favourite ingredients. Season to taste and add juice of 1/2 lemon or lime.
