Thai Red Salmon Curry with Broccoli

Deliciously creamy with fragrant Thai red spice. This easy to make dinner will make your mouth water, made in less than 30 minutes. Perfect after a long day!


400ml coconut milk

100g Shemin’s Thai Red Curry Paste

1 tsp palm or brown sugar

1 tbsp fish sauce (optional)

200g broccoli

750g salmon

1 lime


  1. Add 100g Shemin’s Thai Red Curry Paste to 400ml coconut milk.
  2. Add 1tsp palm or brown sugar and 1tbsp of fish sauce. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add 200g broccoli and cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
  4. Add in 750g salmon pieces and cook for 4-5 minutes until done.
  5. Squeeze in juice of 1 lime and serve with rice.
