- Add 100g Shemin’s Thai Red Curry Paste to 400ml coconut milk.
- Add 1tsp palm or brown sugar and 1tbsp of fish sauce. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add 200g broccoli and cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
- Add in 750g salmon pieces and cook for 4-5 minutes until done.
- Squeeze in juice of 1 lime and serve with rice.
