- Fry one large onion until golden brown.
- Stir in 100g Shemin’s Massaman Curry Paste and a splash of water and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in 1kg meat and / or veg and cook until done.
- Add 400g chopped tomatoes
- Add 200ml coconut milk (optional)
