- Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight if possible.
- Preheat the grill and divide the mixture into evenly sized koftas.
- Put the koftas under the grill or on the BBQ, and cook for 7-8 minutes until browned, then turn over and cook for a further 7-8 minutes until thoroughly cooked through.
- Serve with a salad, warmed pittas and houmous.
