Harissa and Feta Roast Potatoes

This recipe for roasted potatoes is a step up from normal, plain roasted potatoes. Crispy, with a hint of spice and delicious feta cheese – this side dish is dangerously moreish!


  • 500g potatoes or sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp Shemin’s Harissa Spice Blend or to taste
  • 20g feta
  • fresh coriander or parsley for topping


1. Preheat oven to 425°F, 200°C
2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut into 1/4″ chunks and toss with the olive oil and salt. Spread into a single layer on a baking tray.
3. Roast until potatoes are browning and crisp, 35 to 45 minutes.
4. While potatoes are still warm, toss with Shemin’s Harissa Spice Blend, feta, and sprinkle with a bit of coriander before serving.
