Garam Masala Brussel Sprouts

Liven up your Christmas dinner or winter meal with this lovely Indian take on the humble Brussel sprout!




  • Heat the oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6.
  • Mix 2 tbsp of oil with 3 tsp of Shemin’s Garam Masala.
  • Take 450g of trimmed, par-boiled and halved brussel sprouts, mix with the garam masala mixture and tip into a baking tray.
  • Roast for 25 mins until the sprouts are browned at the edges.
