Cajun Wedges

Enjoy these Cajun potato wedges with sweet potato or floury potato such as Maris Piper or King Edward. Perfect as a side dish or just a simple, enjoyable snack.

 

Ingredients

1kg sweet or floury potatoes

1½ tbsp Shemin’s Cajun Spice Blend (or any of our spice blends)

Olive oil or low calorie cooking oil spray

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6. Cut 1kg floury potatoes, such as Maris Piper or King Edward, into wedges.
  2. Spread on a large, non-stick baking tray in a single layer and drizzle with olive oil or spray with low-calorie cooking spray.
  3. Scatter over Shemin’s Cajun Spice Blend
  4. Cook for 40-50 minutes, or until golden, turning halfway.

Tip: For Slimming World, this recipe is Zero syns when using low-calorie cooking spray. Shemin’s Peri Peri also works great with this recipe.
